Residential Lots
Hope Residential, which consists of 150 acres of land, is in its third phase of development. The first two phases, comprising of 45 acres, have been sold. Luxurious homes have already been built and are serviced by concrete roads, street lights and utilities.
The marketing of phase three has commenced and consists of 110 lots, spread over 47 acres, with wonderful sea views. All lots will be provided with concrete roads and connected with electricity, water supply and telephone services to the front of the lot. Protective Covenants have been put in place in order to maintain the exclusive and private nature of the Development. There are also park areas for the peaceful enjoyment of residents.
Lots are currently being sold at a price range of between $8.00 EC dollars and $15.00 EC dollars per sq. ft. ($3.00 US and $5.50 US per sq. ft. ).
